Rent & Cancellation policy

1.Your credit card pre-authorization when booking from our official website:
  We will pre-authorize and process your credit card prior to arrival and full balance due on check-in.

2. If you need to cancel prior to arrival:

• If cancelled 3 days or more before arrival, full refund
• If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, 1st night's of room fee will be charged.
